Service / Paid media
Media buying judged on revenue, not channel trophies
We plan, buy and optimise paid media across search, social, retail and programmatic — with one budget, one target, and one person accountable for the number.
The problem
Paid media, honestly
Most accounts we inherit are four separate programmes wearing a trench coat: a search team defending brand terms, a social team chasing cheap clicks, a retail team spending whatever is left, and nobody looking at what the mix is worth together. We run it as one budget with one target and shift spend to whatever is working this week.
What is included
Six things we own from day one
Account and campaign architecture
A structure built around margin and inventory, so budget follows the products you actually want to sell.
Daily bid and budget management
Hands on the account every weekday, with automated guardrails for pacing, spend spikes and dead creatives.
Audience and offer testing
A running queue of audience, offer and landing-page tests, sized so results arrive before the quarter ends.
Feed and catalogue health
Product feeds cleaned, enriched and monitored — the least glamorous lever, and often the largest.
Incrementality checks
Geo holdouts and brand-term tests that tell you what the spend added, not what the platform claims.
Weekly written read-out
What changed, what it cost, what we are doing next. Two pages, sent Monday, in plain language.
How it runs
The sequence, in order
Audit
Two weeks inside your accounts, feeds and analytics before we touch a bid. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
Rebuild
New account structure, tracking, naming and budget rules, migrated without going dark on your best campaigns.
Scale
Spend moves toward whatever clears the target. Losers are cut on a schedule, not on a feeling.
Defend
Once efficiency holds, we push for volume — and hold the line when costs drift on you.
What you get
Deliverables you can hold

- Full account rebuild with documented structure and naming

- Test roadmap for the next two quarters
- Weekly written read-out and a live performance dashboard
- Quarterly incrementality review
Questions
Asked often enough to answer here
Do you require a minimum media spend?
No. Below roughly $25k a month we usually recommend one or two channels done properly instead of a full-funnel programme, and we will say so before you sign anything.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside your accounts, your billing and your pixels. If we part ways, nothing has to be rebuilt or handed back.
How long before performance moves?
Tracking and structure fixes usually show inside three to four weeks. Anything that depends on learning phases or creative volume takes a quarter.
